Roasted Garlic Rosemary

Fresh garlic smoked on the smoker, and fresh rosemary picked from our very own Hughson Arboretum community garden, make this bread special.  Nama's bread blend includes 70% bread flour (non bleached or bromated from Red Rose), and 30% fresh milled hard red whole wheat from Eck Farms in Hilmar.
