Made with Nama's bread blend 70% bread flour (unbleached and non bromated from Red Rose), and 30% fresh milled hard red wheat from Eck Farms in Hilmar. Sweet vanilla sugar and cinnamon swirled throughout this beautiful loaf. Enjoy with a cinnamon butter, cream cheese icing or as a french toast.
