Chocolate Espresso Sourdough

Ghirardelli sweetened cocoa powder, semi sweet chocolate chips and Italian Espresso make this bread like a chocolate cake without the dairy or any extra sugar.   Nama's bread blend includes 60% organic bread flour, and 40% fresh milled hard red wheat from Melgard Farm and Mill from Turlock. Enjoy this bread with your favorite preserves, cream cheese or even honey. I like toasting mine with butter and enjoying it with my morning espresso.
