Chocolate Espresso Sourdough

Ghirardelli sweetened cocoa powder, semi sweet chocolate chips and Itallian Espresso make this bread like a chocolate cake without the dairy or any extra sugar.   Nama's bread blend includes 70% bread flour (non bleached or bromated from Red Rose), and 30% fresh milled hard red whole wheat from Eck Farms in Hilmar. Enjoy this bread with your favorite preserves, cream cheese or even honey. I like toasting mine with butter and enjoying it with my morning espresso.
