Tasting Notes:

Medium-bodied, smooth yet lively. The fruit flavours mirror the nose: green apple and pear up front, then a bit of white peach or nectar-tinged stone fruit. The oak and vanilla remain subtle, giving just enough richness without overwhelming the fruit. Good crispness to the acidity keeps things fresh, and the finish is clean, gently lingering with a soft buttery note and a mineral edge.
